Withdrawals
Withdraw your funds when you need it.
Please note that there are applicable charges to this service depending on your nominated payment gateways.

Tap the Withdraw button on your Home Screen.

Tap 'Generate Voucher'
03.
Type the amount you would like to withdraw.
04.
Insert the OTP that has been sent to you. The OTP can be found in your SMSes on your phone.

If successful, a pop up notification along with the voucher code will appear on your screen. Tap 'Ok'
06.
Go back to the Withdraw button in step 1, this time tap 'My Vouchers'
07.
Your newly generated voucher will appear on screen. Tap on the voucher to view it in full.
08.
Tap 'Share Voucher' to send it to the service number you received when you signed up.
09.
Funds take up to 3 days to appear in your nominated account.
